Code of Conduct

• Respect all attendees, speakers, and staff at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
• Follow instructions from conference organizers and venue staff.

Attendance

• Your registration is required for entry to conference sessions.
• Keep your badge visible at all times.
• Attendance at certain sessions may be subject to capacity limits.

Photography & Recording

• Respect others' privacy when taking photos or videos.
• Some sessions may prohibit recording—please follow signage.
• Do not share images of others without their consent.

Questions & Answers (Q&A)

• Be respectful when asking or answering questions in the app.
• No bullying, harassment, or abusive language in any Q&A content.
• Questions and answers may be moderated; inappropriate content will be removed.
• Violations may result in removal from the conference.

Your Data & Deletion

• You may request deletion of your data at any time: in the app, tap Account in the bottom tab bar, then Delete My Data.
• When you delete your data, all of the following will be removed: your registration (name, email, optional phone, organization, age), guardian consent information (if provided), and rules/privacy acceptance records on this device.
• Data is deleted from our systems; you will need to register again if you sign back in.
• We do not retain your data after you request deletion.
• All data will be deleted at the end of the conference.

General

• The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules.
• By attending, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
